Fort Lauderdale, FL — In a groundbreaking collaboration, Fort Lauderdale architect Studio KHORA and developer Novodom have unveiled an architectural marvel on A1A. This project transforms a substantial plot into two distinct parcels, each hosting contemporary residences that form a secluded sanctuary.

At the heart of this design is the Mirrored Courtyard, an avant-garde concept that challenges traditional property valuations. This project introduces two architectural masterpieces facing each other, separated by an exquisite courtyard and pool. This setup enhances visual appeal and fosters a dynamic interplay between structures.

Grounded in the philosophy of deconstruction, the design redefines value through relational aesthetics. By promoting a symbiotic relationship between homes, this project creates a new real estate comparable for the neighborhood, potentially elevating overall values.

Studio KHORA's collaboration with Novodom has culminated in an architectural opus on A1A in Fort Lauderdale, reimagining a substantial plot into two distinct parcels. Each parcel hosts a contemporary residence, collectively forming an enclave of modern luxury.

This design interrogates and dismantles traditional architectural conventions. At the core of this design is the Mirrored Courtyard, an avant-garde concept that transcends conventional real estate valuations. Traditional comparables focus on isolated homes; however, this project introduces a paradigm shift. It features two contemporary houses in direct dialogue, separated by an exquisitely crafted courtyard and pool, fostering a symbiotic interplay between structures.
